Dear Exhibitor,
We want to welcome to the 2016 Home School Education Network Summer Conference! Our focus is on the services, events, people and opportunities that make it possible to help homeschooling children and parents be successful. We are excited that you want to be part of this success.
This year’s conference will be Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Faith Westwood Lutheran Church, in Omaha, Nebraska.
We have included exhibitor guidelines for you to read through and a reservation form for you to return. In addition to offering you the exhibition space, we would also like to let you know that we have some other opportunities for you to increase your exposure to our participating families. This year, we are providing a “gift” bag to all attendees. If you would like to donate a small item like a pen, notepad, or flash drive, we ask that you call our conference director so that we can provide you with anticipated attendance numbers, as well as deadlines. Additionally, you can submit copies of a flyer or brochure that you would like included in these bags.
The Conference timeline and shipping information is summarized below. This year’s keynote speaker is a former home school parent who has presented at several national conventions. She will speak from 1:15 pm until 2:15 pm and then will be available for a question and answer session for an additional 30 minutes. Vendors, in addition to students and their families, are welcome to attend the keynote address. Learning more about what an expert has to say about the home school process may help you determine other ways that you could collaborate and provide services to this community.

What Are You Doing to Market Your Business?
A trade show exhibit display is the perfect avenue for explaining to current and future customers what it is your business does. Whether you are an college scholarship essay writing service with a trade show exhibit display at a home school conference or you are looking at trade show rentals ti impressive as entire convention center full of computer engineers, this type of marketing is powerful.
The newest term that marketing and advertising specialists like to use is “branding.” Branding can be everything from a logo to a specific set of colors that your design team always use. Needless to say, trade show graphics need to help your company further its brand recognition. In almost all cases, for example, trade show rental booths are not platforms to try out a new logo or a new brand. Instead, you want to use trade show booth designs and trade show exhibit displays to repeat your brand to your current customers. While you may be able to roll out a new product or a new service, you want to use your trade show exhibit display platform to increase the familiarity of your name, your product, and your service.
Although marketing departments spend a lot of time determining what they want to have in their literature, their displays, and on their tables, it turns out that it may be even more important to focus on what not to have. In fact, an overall rule for booth design graphics is that they should be as much as 40% empty space. Interesting, isn’t it? Nearly half of graphics space should be totally blank. In a crowded convention center full of noise, visuals, and people, a clean open space may be the one thing that really draws your customers to your location.
While some trade shows are much smaller events with limited hours, the average trade show visitor in America spends between nine and ten hours viewing exhibits. And while some smaller trade shows are less crowded, at most trade shows there are 2.2 trade show visitors for every 100 square feet of exhibition space.
